Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you purchase from Danube Club. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original packaging

• Be free from signs of wear or washing

• Be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery

• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

• Underwear, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• If a product arrives damaged or the wrong item was received, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [info@danubeclub.com]

  2. Include clear photos of the issue

  3. We'll provide a solution — either a replacement or refund, including return shipping if necessary.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. How to Start a Return

• Full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable)
